Includes: Telehealth visits, Access to your provider 24/7, referrals, lab and imaging orders, general wellness and consultations. This is best suited for husband and wife who want to have the same provider.

á la Carte Service - as needed virtual visit option: $85 / Visit

If you are not interested in becoming a member, but still need a doctor time to time, we offer one time visit options for a flat fee. This is best for patients that are generally healthy.

Home Doctor Visit: $200/Home Visit

We are now offering home visits in Lake Havasu City. Services Include Vitals, Physical Examination, Cognitive screening, Mental Health Check in’s, Medication adjustments/organization, Lab draws, Imaging orders, medical consultation and developing care plans, assistance in family meetings
