One Time Telemedicine Visit: $150 / Visit

We offer one time visit options as well for urgent calls. Includes one follow up visit.
This will not cover the weight loss program due to continuity needs

House-Call Doctor Visit: $200 / Visit

Face to Face appointment with your physician at the comfort of your home.
Available by appointment only in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Must hold an Individual Membership.
