We are a Virtual-first Telemedicine practice and operate through a direct primary care (DPC) model instead of the traditional insurance billing model. We charge a flat monthly membership fee for access to unlimited primary care services and also offer house call doctor visits in LHC. At Saguaro Direct Care, we don’t answer to insurance companies—we answer to you. By cutting out third-party interference, we’re able to offer truly personalized concierge care, transparent pricing, and discounted cash rates that put your health at the center of every decision
